Being a fitness guru myself, I've made a list of workout pointers you should take home from the viewing experience:

  • perform in public
  • dress the part -- nothing says 'here to tone' like jeans, a handlebar mustache, and a low bun
  • there's no shame in pretending that you're in Britney Spears' 'Slave 4 U' video when there aren't any cars nearby, but as soon as you see someone approaching get your hands at your side like a nervous preschooler
  • set your workout to a song performed by a controversial young music artist to draw in that younger demographic
