Oregon's State House did a really sneaky, subtle Rickroll for April Fool's Day, and they're saying it's evidence of their rich bipartisan partnership.
I don't know that I'd go that far, but it is kind of heartwarming to watch a bunch of middle-aged people in suits stifling their giggles as they deliver their lines.
Until you remember that they're supposed to be legislating.
