I'm not privy to Eastern European languages, so I'm not 100% sure what's going on here -- but if I learned one thing from Guilty Dog it's that pets are really bad actors.
It's pretty clear that one of these cats has knocked over a potted plant, and I have a good idea of who it was.

There's no such thing as a guilty cat. They are 100% correct in all their actions and it's only us idiot humans who have issues when they make sure the soil from the potted plant is properly placed on the floor where it belongs. The 'guilty' one is merely using emotional manipulation to get something it wants... probably step 1 of its plan for total household domination.

Is it just me, or does the cat look more scared of its owner, than guilty?

I think he's ok, maybe just a little scared of the camera, or a little skiddish. The other cat was purring and seemed happy. Maybe the other one is just grumpy. My cat is king of his castle, but acts ike a litle grmpy man, so you'd never know hw spoiled he really is!
