The Hannibal, MO Courier-Post has tracked down a Louisiana, MO man by the name of Louis Garrett, who has made a quilt out of women's panties. Garrett first started this project after seeing a similar one in a magazine and realizing that the panties he dressed up his mannequin collection in could be put to much better use.
Garrett admits that at first, his lady friends were freaked out, but now several of them have donated their highest-quality undergarments (as Garrett won't take anything polyester or that a farm girl would wear), and because of that Garrett says he'll never try to sell his beloved quilt.
He is now hard at work on his second panty quilt.
