This cover of the Beatles' classic tune "Ob-la-di, Ob-la-da" follows two musicians down an apartment hallway, with more people popping out of the doors to join in, until everyone in the hall is part of the action. They're unfortunately not a bunch of real-life neighbors, though. This is a promo video for the 2011 Rock & Worship Roadshow, featuring Jars of Clay and some other bands you haven't heard of.
Even if the setup's not real, the video is still pretty cool -- both the concept and the way they pulled it off -- and the singing and playing are solid. Also, bonus points for picking a Beatles song other than "Yesterday" (which is literally the most-covered song in pop music history).
