rebecca black on jay lenoRebecca Black went on Leno Tuesday night to perform her internet hit song "Friday" and answer some questions about her career and her haters. She thinks some of the videos parodying her are funny and some of them are ... not so good. She liked the one we picked for our Rebecca Black Parody/Cover/Remix roundup, though, so I guess we're on the "funny" list.

... and, since you're definitely wondering: yes, her performance was still grievously auto-tuned, and no, that weird middle-aged rapper/producer guy didn't "rap." Also, the most embarrassing parts of the song ("Gotta have cereal," "Which seat will I take?" and the part where she recites the days of the week) were mercifully cut to spare TV audiences.

I'm still not sure what this whole Rebecca Black thing will turn out to be, but her producers, Ark Music Factory, have some huge announcement planned for tomorrow, March 25th, which is (gasp!) a Friday. Stay tuned for what we hope is a big reveal that this whole thing has been an elaborate joke.
