Pixar animator Nick Pitera isn't just good at animation. He's also a phenomenal singer, as he shows in his new video, "One Man Disney Movie." Pitera, in a six-way splitscreen setup, sings the parts of a whole bunch of memorable Disney heroes, villains, and even heroines. Pitera's range is so incredible that you won't believe he's doing all the voices himself. His Belle is darn near as spot-on as his Aladdin.
Update: There's now a brilliant mashup of Nick Pitera's vocals and the corresponding Disney footage. You almost can't tell it's not the original singers!

Unreal. As a songwriter and singer myself, I have no idea how he is able to effect a woman's singing voice so perfectly.

wow haven't u seen like behind the scenes of movies?! like the chick from exorcism Emily Rose can make her voice sound really throw her voice to sound like more than one person oh it sounded like a evil entity and a human and some other crazyness ..just think the human body is amazing... also from being in theater you learn how to change ur voice .. hence all actors actress who sing or play in movies and sing today they can do alot with there voices.. stop trying to be soo snobby and a hater! lol (its not just the singer song writer)(and that he wasnt b/c why would u be a singer song writer working in pixar animation and from him doing all this in this video he had to be a theater geeeeeek!!! ) )

AFFECT not Effect

@Maz: grammar fail. In certain circumstances, "effect" can also be used as a verb. Look it up.

he's clearly a baritone or tenor and the women's parts have been rekeyed and/or dropped an octave to fit his voice. same as the bit from Beauty and the Beast (which also lacks the proper accent) and a couple of others
that said, it's still pretty impressive how he picked parts, matched up movements etc. Very entertaining even if not 'perfect'

affect is the proper word to use here.

A friend of mine had "shown" me his version of Part of Your World, and I didn't care for it much, but after hearing this, I was wrong, so very wrong! This is really great.

If you look at his mouth as he sings you can see that the sound does not match up. He is lip sinking.

I didn't see anything wrong with the sync, perhaps you saw lag.
However, with experience in recording studios, I can assure you what you see and hear isn't the same. This video (and all its clips) has exceptional sound, which you don't get from just standing in front of a mic (note how many times he faces away from the mic while singing; this would cause a dip/change in the sound).
Like most professionals, he would have recorded his voice, then muted the audio of the video made later and added the studio audio overtop it. This results in a crisp sound, no background noise and allows him to move around in the video.
If this weren't matched up properly there's a chance you could find parts where he'd sing, but no sound (or vice versa), but I saw none, so I suspect you're lagging.

So what if he is lip syncing? Has it crossed anyone's mind that MAYBE he recorded in an actual studio before making this video? Lots of people do that and considering he works for Pixar, it would be super easy for him to just walk in one day and be like 'WHOA lets record me singing and then make a cute video to go with it'. Geeze. STFU with the lip syncing bull. We KNOW. Good job at pointing out the obvious.
