MemeFactory, a group of three guys who travel the world talking about the Internet and internet culture (everywhere from Yale University to ROFLCon to Sao Paolo, Brazil), is now writing a book. It's going to be "about, by, for and alongside of the internet," and it will be available entirely free online, along with all the media that goes into making it.
To fund this book project, Memefactory has started a Kickstarter page, and is taking donations from the internet. Of course the internet will donate -- the internet loves to read about itself! If you're not totally sold on a book about memes, maybe MemeFactory can convince you in a video, using a "patent-pending three-screen setup."
