Pets are Superheroes is a unique new site where you can commission superhero-themed portraits of your pets. If you're the type to dress your cat in a cape and fly her around the room, but you lack the artistic chops to actually draw your own Fluffy the Wonder Kitten, you can let illustrator Chris Piascik handle it for you.
So far, most of the drawings on the site seem to be of dogs and cats, but I imagine that the Pets Are Superheroes folks would be happy to make some super-lizards, power-hamsters and ... er, thunderferrets, too. It'll cost you $25 for a digital copy of the drawing, and for $40 they'll throw in a print, too. It beats a regular, boring pet portrait like The Flash beating a high school track team.
