zach anner returns to youtubeLook out, internet, Zach Anner is back! The wisecracking, wheelchair-bound Austin kid who stole our hearts with his YouTube comedy videos has returned to YouTube for the first time in months to update his fans on his latest adventures. Short version: Zach has been on Oprah's "Your OWN Show," where he's vying against 9 other contestants to win his own TV show.

Long, funny version: He's been drinking Coke with polar bears, snuggling up with an ape, and doing a hilarious striptease for Mickey Rooney. Even if that sounds kind of weird to you, just watch his video. It's insanely entertaining, and totally vintage Zach.

Since nobody watches The Oprah Network, it's a good thing Zach took the time to post a funny video and hip his huge internet fanbase to what's going on in his TV career. Zach's goal is to host an "inspirational travel" show where he rolls around global destinations being hilarious and showing what a kid with Cerebral Palsy is capable of. To do it, he needs to win a bunch of American Idol-style eliminations. He just survived episode 5 over the weekend.

There's not much we can do for Zach as audience members -- the show is judged by celebrity guests -- but you can tune in to "Oprah's Your OWN Show" on Fridays at 9/8 Central, or watch the latest episode online. Zach doesn't have the same freedom to be funny on TV as he does on YouTube, but his humor and charm still show through. Go Zach!
