YouTube star MysteryGuitarMan wasn't the first to propose to his girlfriend by hijacking a movie theater. A week before he published his fake action trailer proposal (which he got a local theater to play before a film), another YouTuber proposed using a fake iPhone ad and the same theater trick.

Nor was GuitarDude the last. In October, my high school friend Todd Cavanaugh proposed to his girlfriend Elisabeth Baldanza (Miss New York 2007) with a fake movie trailer that, in my highly biased opinion, really beats GuitarBro's. His trailer's got a frikkin' jet and a fancy-ass car. And he calls the fake film "The First Day of Forever."

The crew that made the trailer, Sound Tank, are available to shoot other theater proposals, but if your fiancee watches viral videos, you might wanna find something more original.
