Hypothetically a laughter workout sounds like it'd be a lot of fun, right? Endorphins make you happy, and laughing is always a bunch of fun. So why does this video make me feel like I'm watching a serial killer in action?

I don't know, something about this lady's ability to recreate the same maniacal laugh over and over paired with how nervous and awkward her background exercise models are and the fact that her company's website doesn't currently exist makes me feel like I'm bearing witness to some sort of cult hazing.
