YouTube is full of impressive musical feats, but playing video game music using nothing but some wine glasses filled with water is quirkier than most. YouTube user Sp0ntaneous recreated the "Song of Healing" from The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, a Nintendo 64 classic.
This vid uses the familiar YouTube multitracking trick, so you might get a little dizzy trying to keep track of five little Sp0ntaneouses, each playing five glasses. The choice of instrument is more novel than the recording trick, but I can't think of a better way for a solo artist to simulate all those instruments. So, let's award top points for both style and degree of difficulty. Nicely done, you mop-haired YouTube scallywag!
