Winter's here, which means that snow is on its way, and with snow comes the kind of inclement weather conditions that make you worry about letting your dog out in the yard with his bare feet.
So in honor of the season, I've rounded up a few awesome videos of dogs wearing boots for the first time -- ya know, just to get you in the spirit. Cause let's be honest, there's nothing as secretly funny as your pet's embarrassment in the name of fashion.

cruel... all but the last vid the shoes are too big... and if you know any thing about dogs you need to train them early... how bout all of a sudden someone takes your thumb and index finger away out of no where, without training

@christwopher, Get over it already. It's hilarious. Like seeing someone on skis for the first time.

Christwopher you don't really know what you're talking about.
Dogs usually get used to the boots in about 10 minutes or so, but it's hilarious until then! No "training" is required.

@Christwopher:
No, what's cruel is taking your dogs out for a walk on snowy sidewalks with no protection on their feet.. Because the salt they use to prevent ice is actually PAINFUL for dogs without protection.

So funny tears rolling down cheeks. Years ago hiking through lava I put my socks on my two big dogs..same reaction at first but then they enjoyed the painless romp. Not cruel at all.
Thank you for the laughter!!!

The shoes are a good idea if they fit right.
The black Chihuahuas boots were a little too big for the dog, or they should have used shoes instead of the boots.
But the whole thing was funny, and adorable. Every dog that lives where it snows, should have these shoes for out side.

I lost my job a week before Christmas. Two days later my yorkie was stolen. he was my best friend and only companion. These people are paying big bucks for doggie clothes and I'm in need of a new pet but can't even afford that now. I miss my puppy sooo much!!!!!
