plastic bag ballerina and accordionDoes anyone know who this couple is? He plays the accordion, and she dances to it with a ballerina puppet made of a plastic bag, controlled by one of her hands and both of her big toes.

I shot the first video below, just a 36-second glimpse, last year when I was waiting for the L train at the Bedford Avenue subway station in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. I can't read the bottom line of the sign, which might be a URL and might say "Suck it, American Beauty."

The second video (longer and a little clearer) was the only other sign of this couple I could find. (You'd think they'd be all over YouTube!) It was uploaded this March, and it was taken at a Manhattan L train stop.
