"Charlie Sheen is Too Damn High" is the joke in this video featuring former New York gubernatorial candidate Jimmy McMillan. Usually I hate it when these random microcelebrities are co-opted by comedy teams, but this guy is a born entertainer. Here he teams up with comedian Billy Eichner to talk about Charlie Sheen, which isn't that funny of a topic to me, but at one point Jimmy says, "I look like Col. Mustard" for no reason, which dinked it over the net for me. At this point I would watch a show that was just Jimmy McMillan talking about whatever.
