In a new feature, 'Feat of the Week,' our pals over at the Universal Record Database (where everyone can set a world record) will be hand-selecting one awesome world record to highlight.

URDB Costume Change RecordThere are three things of which Brandy Crawford is especially fond: going out on the town, getting ready to go out on the town and listening to Lady Gaga music. Naturally, this trio of elements fits very well together, forming the ingredients for not only a fun night out, but a memorable URDB world record.

On September 30, equipped with a wardrobe worth of sassy outfits, Brandy set the record for Most Costume Changes While Listening to Lady Gaga's 'Bad Romance'. Accompanied by a mysterious stranger known only as "Stephanie Germanotta" -- who was tasked with ringing a bell for every costume change -- Brandy spent the duration of the song staging a frenzied fashion show for the cheering audience at Joe's Pub.



After almost five minutes of minidress madness, the final rah-rah-ah-ah-ah, roma-roma-ma-ahs rang out and the tally was announced: an impressive 15 costume changes. Surely a high-concept, narratively nonsensical music video featuring Beyonce is the next step for this ambitious woman.
