Jimmy McMillan, Rent Is Too Damn High Party candidate at governor debate in new york
Jimmy McMillan is a Vietnam veteran running for the governor of New York with the Rent Is Too Damn High Party. The party's website, which features an embedded mp3 of McMillan rapping over a funk beat, a confusing jumble of hyperlinks and a dazzling array of animated Comic Sans, features more than you ever wanted to know about the party.

His platform may be nonsensical bluster (except that rent is too damn high), but he looked like Professor Badass during last night's gubernatorial debate. It's inevitable, McMillan is a meme, and I've shopped him into a few photos and made a transparent PNG so you can too. Watch the video and check out my sweet shops -- all available after the jump.

"I'm a war vet," McMillan said. "Don't forget I was in Vietnam for two and half years and I have three Bronze Stars, but the chemicals of Agent Orange -- dioxin and a lot of other chemicals mixed up -- I would get sick. When I get home tonight, I know I'm not going to be able to breathe if I take them off. It could be psychological, I don't know, but I just put em on and wear them anyway."
