When I saw this video yesterday, I thought...this bro looks a little too "with it" to be homeless. A little too put together, too shaven. Plus he has a YouTube account?

And yet, literally hundreds of blogs and major news sites reported a story about a homeless guy performing for money.

Turns out he's not actually homeless. A message from the video description posted last night reads:

As I said this is a performance. I don't want there to be any doubts about my situation. I am a performer. I have a roof over my head and I have yet to start my own family. But this video isn't about me. This is for the men, women and children on our streets who don't have bright green puppets on their hands. The people who aren't always as easy to see. This is for you.

He originally labeled his video, "Homeless Man Under Pressure." It's hard to get mad at someone trying to raise money to fight homelessness though.
