Today is September 27, 2010. As of today, you have definitely witnessed David Devore, the precious kid who won the whole internet in 2009 when his dad posted a video of him, drugged out of his mind following a visit to the dentist. It's pretty safe to say that "David After Dentist" would be the Leviticus to the Internet Bible. Big, big stuff.

So it should come as no surprise that similar videos featuring the effects of nitrous oxide made the rounds in the year(s) following. The joke just didn't seem to get old, even in a medium where stuff is considered ancient after 24 hours.

Alas, a new video! Ten minutes long! Siblings! After the dentist! Drugs! Really? Really!

So this is what parents do now? Bring their kids to the dentist with a camcorder in hand? Good grief, 2010.
