And if the internet knows anything, it knows about wringing a song of all emotional impact. YouTuber u8a22 trots her Flip cam outside and gives it her all, stripping the 80s radio staple of all things serious.

Posters! Please be nice. Due to an obvious lack of stability I don't want to see the " I am tired of this cruel world" video. The capacity for sarcasim and negativity is probably close to non-exisitent. On the edge if you know what I mean.

I did not listen to the video because I am one of those people who can't stand to see someone embarrass themself. I would, however, like to pass along a comment my 26 year old son used to say. He was a karaoke host for a major cruise line before he was killed by a drunk driver. I commented once on one of the singers and he said, "Mom, no matter how good or bad someone sounds, do you realize the courage it takes to just get up there and sing?" He always gave people credit and never ran them down. I try to remember that in my day to day life....

I own my own karaoke business and agree 100%! Every person that gets up and sings at one of my shows is a star in my eyes. I am sorry for your loss, it sounds like your son was a great guy, someone I would have loved to have had as a friend.

Keep practicing. Focus more on keeping the Soprano pitch. Don't listen to the negative comments. You've got more guts than a lot of these commentators. You've got potential. Maybe a few voice lessons would help. You go.
