It's no Hot Tub Time Machine, but YouTube Time Machine is a great place to get your video nostalgia fix. It plays representative videos from practically any year, bringing back those memories of childhood. Or high school. Or 2009. Just pick a year, and click to refresh until you get a video you want to watch.

YouTube Time Machine doesn't have a ton of material yet, and some of the stuff it does have isn't all that memorable. I expected more Ninja Turtles in my 1989, you guys. I demand a refund! (Just kidding: if you don't see what you want on YTTM, you can submit it yourself to help them grow their collection.)
