I love Bear, he just seems like a pure, clean, and good spirited person. Who is not afraid to keep it real. And Im so happy for him if he gets to profit a little bit from what he created and shared with the world. He deserves it, and why not??? For any of you who claim he's a sellout - sell out to what you morons??? Clearly you have your perception as to what a "sell out" means in a jangled knot. Because the slang term does not actually apply to his situation. So go back to street slang term school you big dummy! And Best of luck and wishes to Bear in all his endeavors.

I think his double rainbow is a fake. Real double rainbows reverse the colors because the second rainbow is a reflection of the first. Just like if you look in the mirror, the image is reversed. If you look at these, you will see that both rainbows have the colors in the same order.

I'm not sure who is more pathetic, this stoned out knucklehead, or Microsoft, for trying to cash in on/with him. In the first place, double Rainbows are no big deal and aren't even rare. When conditions are right, which, if there is a single rainbow, there is almost as good a chance to see the second FAINTER bow. Secondly, anyone who has ever seen one will instantly notice that the colors on the outer, secondary rainbow are reversed. Red is ALWAYS on the outside of the primary Rainbow and on the inside of the secondary one. Not only that, the secondary bow is ALWAYS less than half (43% to be exact) the brightness of the primary, main bow. Anything else is either poorly photoshopped or just a plain sloppy fraud. Nice going, Microsoft!

For anyone who has sat through his original video, make no mistake, there is no funny business...it is a very nice, correct Rainbow video, especially with the annoying sound turned off. In a single Rainbow, sunlight enters the raindrops, is refracted, then reflects off the back on the raindrops (still inside the drops) and then is further refracted as the light leaves the drops. In a double Rainbow, the sunlight enters the raindrops at a much steeper angle and thus is reflected twice inside the raindrops. Nothing more cosmic or magical than that is at work. The second Rainbow is NOT a reflection of the Primary Rainbow. So, his original video shows a proper double rainbow. The MIcrosoft Rainbows are just plain WRONG! As a PC user, I hate to give even more ammo to the Mac-heads, but right is right...or in this case, just plain WRONG!

Bob, I believe you may have missed the point of this campaign due to your unfamiliarity with the video that spawned the meme. Click on the "saw a double rainbow" link in the article to see a man overwhelmed with joy and wonder upon "discovering" a double rainbow. If you can't understand Bear's appeal after seeing the OG video, I fear you may be missing the point of life itself.

Also, can you recommend a book explaining how fuckin' magnets work?
