If you ask fifteen-year-old Chrissy Sweiss, who set the record for Most Consecutive Tweets To @JustinBieber at a staggeringly 275 consecutive tweets, sheer persistence and incessant provocation might not be the way to do it.

We're not sure if Justin noticed her efforts (he never @replied her), but Twitter had to eventually intervene to cool the superfan's jets. Twitter: still breaking hearts in 140 characters or less.
