Better brace yourselves, Seinfeld fans, because this is awesome.
The New York Daily News made the journey to Astoria with Jerry Stiller, the actor who played George Costanza's cantankerous father Frank, to pay an unannounced visit to the home they used on the show.
The couple that actually lives there are two terrific 84-year-olds who actually seem like they could be friends of Frank's, albeit way less cranky.
It's a great moment when they open the door in their pajamas and exclaim, "It's Costanza's father, I can't believe it!" Watching them hug and hang out together sort of feels like having Thanksgiving with the extended family; it'll make you want to call your aunt and say "How do you do?"

Love it...the man is pure class...was for years before Seinfeld, was a class act on the show, and continues to be to this day! Awesome...and bravo Jerry...the world needs your kind of humor, and down to earth sensibility!

Astoria, the garden spot of America. Neat place to grow up. P.S.85, JHS 141, and Long Island City H.S. ('55)

Jerry Stiller is one of the funniest people. He's also great on King of Queens as Cary's father. Hysterical and makes the show! I love you Jerry and thanks for making me laugh on Seinfeld and King!

What a great video!
I remember seeing Jerry and his lovely wife, Anne Meara, when they were doing the old Ed Sullivan Show when I was a kid.
It was such a nice surprise to see him start doing Seinfeld and always loved Frank and Estelle. Best moment was when Steinbrenner came to their house to tell them George was dead and Frank goes off on him for trading Jay Bruner. Still breaks me up every time I see it.
Serenity, now, Jerry. Love ya!

Although the Seinfeld TV series was predictable, moronic, and racially biased, Jerry Stiller is a class act and a great guy! God bless him.

Jerry Stiller is still one of the funniest guys around for my money. His roles of Frank on "Seinfeld" and as Arthur on "King Of Queens" are not to be missed. I still watch both shows and even though I've seen all the episodes many many times Jerry still makes me laugh out loud . He's a genius.

He was great on "Seinfeld", but he MADE "King of Queens". The episodes in which Arthur had a large role are by far, the best in that series. Without Arthur, I bet that "King" wouldn't have made it past the first year.........and absolutely would have died when Leah Remini gained about 50 pounds.
