In karaoke, it's hard to tell the difference between a win and a fail. Terrible singing can be awesome when it's so bad it's good, or when the singers are obviously having fun with it.

With that said, here are five of the web's strangest karaoke videos. We'll let you decide whether they're awesomely bad, or just bad.
Tuts My Barreh
English as a second language isn't an automatic karaoke fail, obviously, but this Korean version of Touch My Body doesn't really come close to making sense as actual words. Tuts my barreh, please.
'Before He Cheats' Carrie-oke
This man from Kansas entered a Carrie-oke contest, where competitors cover Carrie Underwood songs. He pulls off a version of "Before He Cheats" that packs more feeling than the original, even though he doesn't hit all of the words (or any of the notes).
Ricky Tic - 'Apologize'
A mustachioed, hat-sporting YouTuber named Ricky Tic sings OneRepublic's 'Apologize'. That doesn't sound so bad, until you remember that Apologize has some extremely high boy-band-style notes, and Ricky is a full-grown adult male. Uh-oh.
Stadium Karaoke - Tina Turner
I think these people are mentally disabled so I'm not going to make fun of them.
Ewok Karaoke
Remember the Ewoks? Those furry little merchandising opportunities from Return of the Jedi now have their own karaoke video. There are no words to describe this. You'll just have to watch it yourself.
