Wedding cake disastersSo you're getting married! The day of wedded bliss can potentially be a total disaster for any two people exchanging vows in front of friends and family. There's so much to think about: the venue, the catering, the bridesmaids, the ring -- and, of course, THE CAKE.

The ultimate signifier of a ceremony done tastefully (ask any guest) is the luscious wedding cake served first to the happy couple before being passed out among the attendees. The business of wedding cakes is, itself, so big right now, there are, like, eleven realty shows about it, which goes to show you that a tall, yummy cake really is a crucial element to a wedding these days.
