bieber glass doorEarlier today, a slowed-down version of Justin Bieber's 'U Smile' surfaced. Since then, a Bandcamp page was found for a group called Photon Wave Orchestra featuring the same sound clip, this time called 'Echoes Across The Astral Wasteland.'

The Photon Wave version was originally posted on April Fools Day, but has only now gained internet fame via a post to MetaFilter. Meanwhile on Twitter, Nick Pittsinger claims that he is the original remixer. He's since proven that his upload is the original, and he's quick to admit he added nothing to the song, just slowed it down.

I can't do a better job of describing the song, which was slowed down by 800%, than the original poster, who says it sounds "like Sigur Ros doing Vangelis covers in a cathedral being washed away by the sea."

After some digging, I was able to find that whoever created the slowed down version used a piece of free software called Paulstretch. So I spent my afternoon slowing down some tunes. Inception style.

After the jump, you will find 10 slow-mo song clips ripped from today's charts. The first person who guesses the original source of all ten songs gets some fun Urlesque goodies! Put your answers in the comments, but be sure to properly label all ten with the artist name, song title and corresponding sound clip number! Some are trickier than others.
