Imagine there's a search engine hidden somewhere in the back of your brain. Type in "water balloon" and a special algorithm recalls thousands of images, names, dates, places and other bits of information in seconds. Revisit the day your so-called "friend" ambushed you with a water balloon at Christina's birthday party in the second grade, and then everyone called you pee pants for like a year.

Unfortunately we can't do that just yet, but computer programmer Michael Yingling has developed a special search engine for querying our favorite Calvin & Hobbes memories. So clear your calendar, kick back and start digging. Some sample search terms to get you started: Stegosaurus, post-modern, transmogrify, space!
