Why don't you spammers that keep posting "my boyfriend thinks the same with me" go walk in front of a speeding train.........

I think the problem may be that someone stupid enough to say "my boyfriend thinks the same with me" over and over and over again is also too stupid to find a speeding train.

These ads are cutting edge cool! They beckon simpler times while reaching into a clean cut split between young & old. They make me long for a time when things made sense.

I like them a lot too, but I don't believe in a "simpler" time. Did things ever make sense?...people were still people then.

I agree. I love them ! Ad's from the 30's to the 60's were the best. They simply told you what they were selling and politely asked you to buy it. They didn't come off as rude and loud, as so many ad's do today.

If all you idiots who post "I met my girlfriend/boyfriend..." actually had one, you wouldn't be on all the posts... Go find someone real and stay off the message boards...

Love, love, love these ads! Love the simplicity, yet family feel of them instead of the tasteless ads that are all around us in these times.... there should be more ads like these all around us. Ads that might exemplify family, and moral values.

Old-fashioned sense of style, modern technology. Now that's the way things should be done

The thing I find strange is the text in the body of the ads. I recall it being preachy or patronizing in the old ads I've seen, but never that it sounded like it was written by a non-native English speaker. (Then again, these retro-parody ads ARE out of Brazil...)
