Who knew? The early '90s sketch comedy show about math called Square One is all over YouTube. According to Wikipedia, "the show was intended to address the so-called "math crisis" among American schoolchildren." The show featured stars such as the Jets, the Fat Boys and the Judds. Get ready for nostalgia overload.
Dozens of videos are now available on the internet. I've rounded up a few of the best.
I adored Square One and have been lurking the nets for years trying to find videos! Other great songs (Angle Dance was GREAT) - Less Than Zero and the Mathematics of Love.
Plus Yeardley Smith (AKA Lisa Simpson) got her start on one of the Mathnet tales - she starred with Grunt the Gorilla, who ended up climbing a TV tower or something like that. Ah, memories.
