Sometimes it takes a while for cultural phenomena to trickle down the trope, especially when you're o-l-d. And for this guy, until he was introduced to the thumping banger "Poker Face," he probably thought Lady Gaga was some space-age, fancy new gynecological over-the-counter prescription. I mean, what else could it be, right?

Well, as it turns out, Lady Gaga is nothing short of a pop goddess, a chart-topping, head-turning, world-renowned performer whose "older" tune (can you believe "Poker Face" is already considered old?) got this grandpa outta his seat and onto the dance floor. Marrying soft-shoe and epilepsy, Grandpa Gaga rips into "Poker Face" like the song was made for him, and he even gets some kids to side-step with him by the time the song ends.

It's not only a feat to behold, but a good case against fearing mortality.
