water balloon fightFacebook users in London had it all planned out. Show up at Hyde Park with water balloon in hand. Throw water balloon at someone. Repeat. Go home.

Presumably fearing that a crowd of people with water balloons would run amok on a rampage of hydro-destruction -- with wet-pons of mass destruction, if you will -- police were summarily dispatched. With dogs.

Some people left the scene. Other, more daring sorts bombarded London's Finest with water guns and liquid grenades. It all seems relatively tame until one shirtless bloke gets a bit slap-happy (starting around 3:15 into Part 1).
