General assignment news reporter Sebastian Robertson encounters several stubborn car windows during a news segment about car theft.
Sebastian works for the local CBS affiliate in Medford, Oregon. Here, he tries to show how simple it is for car thieves to jack your iPod, but it turns out it's not as easy as it looks.
Ever the good sport, Sebastian uploaded the blooper reel to his YouTube channel, allowing us all to enjoy his failed attempts and bloody victory.

Why didn't you use the claw side of the hammer? Same force with a smaller impact point.

I saw a show on tv about breaking a car window if your car is going into a pool, pond, lake or any deep water from an accident.
The guy used a tiny hammer with a point on it with one rap the window shattered and the "victim" escaped. At Sears, Home Depot,
or any hardware store you can buy a "center punch" a spring loaded tool with a sharp point. It is designed to make a tiny
dent or mark on a piece of metal so you can drill through it
without the drill bit "traveling" it is spring loaded so when it
is set, you press the top and the punch hits the metal or in this case the glass and shatters it instantly. It is tiny and can
be kept in the car. I know you may never need something like this
but.........you never know.
