crying girlFamed performance artist Marina Abramović has a piece running at New York's MoMa, wherein you sit across from her at a table and have what basically amounts to a staring contest. Then, your photo is snapped and added to the project's Flickr page.

And now there's a blog called "Marina Abramović Made Me Cry," which collects the portraits of those who were brought to tears while staring at a stranger's face in an art museum.

Are these people insane? Especially appreciative? Let us know in the comments.

Marina is known for her "subversive" and "uncompromising" performance. In the past, she has filmed herself cutting her hands with a knife, burned her hair and fingernails and allowed strangers to cut up her clothing.

Art, y'all.
