'Hurr durr' is the sound of laughter coming from someone with half a brain.
It can be used as a cheap way to dismiss someone else's argument. In replying to someone's thoughtful forum post, you are basically saying, "Your opinion is invalid, you sound mentally deficient."

Rather than writing all that out, forum users have taken to simply posting an image of a cross-eyed, buck-toothed or otherwise dumb-looking creature captioned with some variant of "Hurr Durr," implying that the poster's opposition is as worthy of serious consideration as the poor spastic dog in the image.

But a magical change occurs when these words are slapped on an image. It becomes nearly impossible not to laugh. Read on for some of our favorites.
