"This awning ain't big enough for the both of us" said the coffee bean to the tea leaf, sometime very early on in the 47 year history of LA based coffee shop The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, which is known the world over simply as The Coffee Bean.

An unassuming Santa Monica street corner marked the spot where, this week, the tea leaf finally reached his breaking point. What ensued was a good old-fashioned street brawl for the ages.
