Do you think someone is going to knock on someone else`s door over a FU*KING DOLLAR BILL??? Did you eat a big bowl of fu*ktard for breakfast ??? Actually, Killer, it`s only illegal to put it back into circulation if the intent of "defacing" is to alter the value. Like, say, tearing a bill in half and trying to spend both halves, or change the denomination by bleaching a bill and then reprinting on it. Putting a bill into circulation with a goofy picture on George is legal. Sorry to burst all the money police (aka: whiny beeyatches) bubbles !

PROOF!! That lady(NOT) GAG is a man in drag. If I ever got a $1 from a store that had that on it, I wouldn't take it. First, that is Defacing of a monetary note, which is illegal. Second, why, WHY promote someone who cant sing, act, or dress? Like chris brown, GAG should disappear into non-notoriety.
