John and Molly are brother and sister. They got along pretty well, give or the occasional brother-stealing-sister's-friend-and-calling-sister's-friend-on-sister's-phone-to-smacktalk-sister thing.

And, sure, maybe John will bring his sister to a salacious drug dealer's house every now and then, but he'd probably protect her if sh*t went awry. Probably...?
