Japanese surgeon dollJapanese commercials are crazy, you guys. Why? Because they usually take normal things and turn them into giant crazy things. That's just how they roll in Japan, like sushi (yup, it's Joke O'clock!).

Here is a TV commercial for the eensie weensie Japanese child who wants to play doctor...but, like, REAL DOCTOR. None of this mamby-pamby bull -- we're talking SCALPELS, SYRINGES, AND SURGICAL MASKS ("We're saving lives here!").
