It is a false front web page. When you click the "I feel lucky" button, it pops up the first web page. Soem body put that up intentionally. If you follow these steps, look at the URL when it pops up. It is not a google page.

I just got done with my homework on http://startpage.com search engine. It appears that they don't want you to know Chuck Norris's stance on some issues. His official home page is http://chucknorris.com/ ." I think that this find is valid as to those other suggestions you don't think Google would not "fix the problem" if they were caught? I don't buy it. Search free from big brother sensorship of the search engine companies that do maitain records of your searches including your IP address at http://startpage.com .
