After four long years and about $90,000, sound engineer Henry Dagg has finally finished work on his enormous, solar powered, sharp as hell, pin barrel harp. Unfortunately, he doesn't have a place to put it. While it was originally supposed to be housed in a sound garden at the English Folk Dance and Song Society Headquarters in north London, Dagg now says that the Shapsicord is too fragile to be kept outside. It sounds great though. Here it is performing Paul McCartney's The Long and Winding Road, a feat which took Dagg more than a day to program.
