Mark my words: This is going to start happening a lot. After his one-and-a-half year old cat KooKoo made a habit out of disappearing for days on end, tech savvy Long Islander Mark Spezio decided to rig up a special GPS-enabled collar that would track and log all of KooKoo's movements.
