After his one-and-a-half year old cat KooKoo made a habit out of disappearing for days on end, tech savvy Long Islander Mark Spezio decided to rig up a special GPS-enabled collar that would track and log all of KooKoo's movements. That it looks like an adorable bow-tie on KooKoo's tuxedo coat was strictly an added bonus.
