After Randy Pausch, a college professor at Carnegie Mellon University, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, he set out to do whatever he could to raise awareness about the horrible disease. On September 18, 2007, he took the stage with high spirits at the college to deliver his inspirational "last lecture" about acheiving childhood dreams. He lost his battle with cancer less than a year later, but thanks this web video, his message and legacy continues to inspire and impact millions of viewers everywhere.
