Inmate Thriller Dance

Internet trollers declared the mandatory dance routines at Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center to be torture, but it was anything but for the 22 million plus viewers who were entranced by Filipino inmates and their synchronized versions of pop songs, like Michael Jackson's Thriller and, naturally, Village People's YMCA.
