Because we are so thankful for the wonderful blogging service and community that is Tumblr, this week we posed a simple question on our very own Tumblelog:
Just like kaylacee, joyengel, and loonachic, Urlesque is thankful for the Tumblr community -- a group of seriously hilarious, talented and web-savvy folks on the web.- ciwi, realmustache, and craftyheathen all mentioned they loved using the web to KIT (that's 'keep in touch') with friends and family.
- followingmichaelaround andthingsiwikipedia mentioned tools they use to learn new things, while mouthofmadness said
"other people's creativity/stupidity" and snapalicious said "nerdy kids on uTube" -- VALID! - Maybe you take this for granted but kiyoshimartinez and elizs reminded us to be thankful that the internet is 99% free!
- And it wouldn't be internet if someone didn't mention cats. Luckily, quite of our friends did and are thankful for everything from Keyboard Cat (twiffidy, matt-t) to Caturday (sosexyoutofcontext).
Since not all things on the web come with rainbows and hugs, we've got our "thankfuls" that come in the form of some good ol' fashioned web snark.

- kl7 wrote, "I'm thankful my parents STILL aren't internet savvy enough to be on Facebook or Twitter." AMEN.
- valeriek smartly responded, "The "hide" feature on Facebook."<
And in the true spirit of the web:
- deus-veritas answered: The ability to turn it off and escape the stupidity.
