During a routine traffic stop in Taylor, Texas, Officer Keith Urban unwillingly made the acquaintance of a curious stray kitten. Though Officer Urban repeatedly tried to shoo the cat, his feline friend would have none of it. A pillar of professionalism, the police officer actually wrote the speeding ticket with the cat on his head.
