I just want to fully prepare you: you are about to watch a video of a fish that has been deep fried and is somehow still alive. (!!!)
Look, there are many things that the video after the jump could be. It could be a video of a kitten. It could be a video of Swedish breakdancing. There could be literally nothing there and I've just written this post as meta-commentary on internet culture.
But, it is none of those things. I 100% guarantee you that, after the jump, there is a video of a deep fried fish that is still alive. Yes, someone starts eating it about half-way through. Barf/OMG, am I right?

Guys...I get that it's "just a fish" but please, that's just awful. I know, I know, I didn't have to click through to watch, but I mean come on - if it was another animal and not a fish, would you have put this up? I thought you guys were cooler than this. *has a sad*

can't watch the vid because I'm at work but I'm pretty sure they do this in china not japan. My father traveled to china on business last year and came back with a story about how the chinese actually have a dish where they grab the fish under the gills with some tongs and then stick it up to its neck in a fryer. pretty pathetic if you ask me, just go order some sushi.
