Everybody has a favorite sweater, and the feeling of comfort and warmth that comes over you when you pull it over your head is unparalleled in the lounge wear category. Fleece socks are nice, but they don't bring back memories.
Our good friend Kate Pokorny (invite us over, please!) is hoping to take everything you love about your favorite sweater and rocket it to the next level. She wants to knit a house... or a Yurt, which is like a house but for nomads in Central Asia. She's raised over $2,200 of the $5,500 she needs to complete the crocheted yurt, and with your help, hopefully she'll be able to raise the rest.
