Some people feel like they are trapped in the wrong body. "I was supposed to have been a woman!" they'll say. But what happens when instead they say, "Meow meow meow"? That's cat for "I'm a dog trapped in a cats body." Until medical technology can perfect the species-change (the Great-White-Shark-oplasty is going to be so popular!), we are left only to make fun of these animals for having identity issues. Check out some videos of very confused animals trying to express their inner-other-kind-of-animal.
Cat Fetching
Urlesque's own Kelly Reeves has a cat who acts like a dog when confronted with a furry blue thingy. Watch as Lyla brings the blue thing back to Kelly without even stopping to ponder her slavish devotion.Bird Barking
There are barking birds and then there are barking birds. Watch this five second video. Just when you start thinking "when's it gonna bark?" it does, and your brain explodes.Bird Meowing
Okay, so you've seen the barking bird, and now you're all like "what's next, a meowing bird?" Actually, yes.Lizard Hamstering
Okay, so you've seen the meowing bird, and now you're all like, "what's next, an oinking bird?" No! That would be insane. However, we do have a lizard walking around a hamster wheel. For some reason, this video is creepy as hell.Squirrel Kittying
This Squirrel was raised with kittens and nursed by a mommy cat, so now it thinks it's a cat too. He's going to feel so silly when a cat murders him.- photo:// Michael_knows Flickr / CC BY-NC-ND 2.0

I have a cat that fetches and he prefers dog food to cat food.
